Senior Project Manager – SaaS Migration

Location: Burnaby, BC (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week)

Contract: 12 months with strong extension potential

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the migration of a mission-critical enterprise application from an on-premises workplace to a SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SaaS migration projects from planning through deployment and operational transition.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate data migration, systems integration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
- Drive organizational change management, user adoption, and project governance.

Requirements





- 7+ years of enterprise IT Project Management experience.
- Proven experience delivering SaaS implementations, cloud migrations, ERP modernization, or enterprise application migrations.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Experience with data migration, systems integration, testing, and deployment.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, enterprise applications, and PMO governance.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- PMP or Agile certification is an asset.
- Public sector, utilities, or large enterprise experience is highly desirable.
