This full-time position targets an experienced professional looking to strengthen Pebl’s network team. You’ll lead partner sourcing, negotiation, and governance across 126 countries, ensuring compliance and scalability of our In-Country Partners. Collaborating closely with various internal teams, your expertise will drive operational excellence and partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead RFP processes to onboard new partners
• Negotiate contracts, MSAs, and SLAs with legal support




• Ensure effective governance within partner frameworks
• Monitor SLA adherence, escalating issues as needed
• Update Partner Knowledge Base to keep documentation current
Requirements:
• 5+ years in global partner management or similar
• Experience with vendor contract negotiations
• Solid communication skills across cultures
• Detail-oriented with track record in governance
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and enterprise tools
