We’re looking for a Senior Global Payroll Specialist to help lead payroll processing across multiple regions. In this advanced specialist role, you will execute complex payroll functions, ensure compliance, and drive the development of comprehensive payroll standards and audit frameworks to strengthen operational consistency. You’ll be working remotely, this role reports to the Manager, Global Payroll.This role is open to remote-applicants in Canada and USA (in Provinces/States where we can hire legally).This is a temporary role from April 2026 to March 2027.What You’ll DoEnd-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirementsDevelop, refine, and maintain comprehensive payroll process guides, SOPs, and audit checklists to standardize workflows and support team efficiencyIdentify operational gaps, recommend enhancements, and implement process improvements to streamline payroll workflows and elevate team efficiencyCollaborate with payroll vendors and external partners to ensure seamless payroll processing and regulatory complianceServe as a senior resource to payroll specialists, providing expert guidance, addressing complex inquiries, and delivering training on updated processes and documentationCultivates a learning environment where payroll specialists are encouraged to share insights, solve problems collectively, and elevate team performanceWhat You’ll Need4+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a global or multi-regional environmentCanadian Payroll Association PCP certification preferredExperience in payroll software and systems (e.G., Workday, ADP, Dayforce)Experience with Workday including payroll processing moduleProficiency in Excel, data analysis, and payroll reporting,
