While the role will be integrated into a North American platform, the position will be based in Toronto.The successful candidate will work on a broad spectrum of employment matters,
including:Litigation of multi-jurisdictional class and collective actionsHigh-stakes and complex employment disputesAdvisory work relating to workforce management, compliance, and cross-border employment issuesCollaboration on global employment projects involving multiple offices and practice groupsThe role offers exposure to sophisticated domestic and international employment issues and the opportunity to work closely with culturally diverse, globally distributed teams.
