This role requires strong technical support abilities, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Microsoft systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems

Requirements:
• 2+ years in IT helpdesk/support experience
