Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct investigations and evaluations of accident claims
• Negotiate settlements in a customer-centric manner
• Handle MIG and non-MIG files leading up to CAT
• Assign Counsel for LAT proceedings and case conferences
• Attend relevant hearings and legal meetings
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of claims handling experience required
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of SABS governing legislation
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Post-secondary education or CIP designation preferred
