Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program and project management, financial analysis, and data-driven reporting and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional workstreams, synthesize complex information, and deliver executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities:

Support planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent projects and program initiatives.

Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items using JIRA and other tools.

Perform financial analysis, budgeting support,



forecasting, and reporting.

Analyze large datasets and develop insights to inform decisions.

Create executive-level presentations and management decks.

Maintain dashboards, status reports, and metrics using advanced Excel.

Coordinate stakeholders to meet objectives and governance requirements.

Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for leadership meetings.

Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field.

3 to 5 years in Program or Project Management, PMO, Financial Analysis, or Business Management.

Robust financial background with ability to interpret financial and operational data.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, analysis and reporting, dashboard creation, and financial modeling fundamentals.

Hands-on JIRA experience for tracking and issue management.

Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready presentations.

Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or a regulated industry.

Familiarity with PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, and reporting processes.

Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and best practices.

Experience supporting senior leadership and executive reporting.
