We are looking for an enthusiastic worker to join our team of qualified fiberglass technicians with experience in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

- Is respectful and can work well with others
- Enjoys a challenge and has excellent problem solving skills
- Has experience in using fiberglass spray equipment such as a chopper gun and gelcoater is mandatory.
Job Duties
- Operate laminating equipment and hand tools to apply fiberglass to molds, trim polish products
- Assemble fiberglass products
- Read and interpret production drawings and specifications
- Prepare molds for part fabrication
- Inspect and repair any defects in products
- Operate grinders, trimmers, buffers, drills and spray equipment
Working Conditions
- Handling heavy loads up to 23 kg
- Physically demanding
- Standing, kneeling, crouching and walking

Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of experience laminating fiberglass
- Woodworking is considered an asset
- Forklift experience is considered an asset
