This ongoing full time role reports to the Controller. In this role, you will oversee essential financial functions, including journal entries, payroll accuracy, and financial reporting. By implementing cloud-based automation, you'll streamline operations, enhancing the effectiveness of the finance department and supporting sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct full-cycle accounting, including preparatory financial reports
• Oversee payroll administration and bi-weekly processing
• Perform various reconciliations to maintain financial integrity




• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors
• Identify process improvement opportunities in finance functions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Payroll Certification preferred
• Proficient with accounting software, especially Xyntax
• Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration
