As the Manager of IT Services & Customer Experience, you will report to the Senior Director, IT. Your expertise in service management will ensure high-quality operations and a robust focus on KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics. You’ll manage the department's budget while leading the team towards continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage performance and relationship with service desk providers
• Improve service delivery with a focus on KPIs and SLAs
• Handle the IT operational budget and vendor management
• Mentor the IT Services team for optimal performance
• Ensure accessible and updated service documentation
Requirements:
• 5+ years of IT experience, especially in service management
• Minimum 3 years in a people leadership role
• Preferred ITIL certification for service excellence
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in manufacturing or operations preferred
