The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.Work Hours and Physical DemandsThis position will work up to 38 hours per week.



The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18.
