THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently inviting qualified candidates with2or moreyears of conveyancing experience to join theRealEstate team in our Edmonton office.This opportunity will support theFirm’sConveyancingTeam,on a variety of Real Estate matters.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn,apositive and professional attitude, and superb attention to detail skills.Builder and re-sale experienceisan asset.

This position is a full-time position.
Hours of work are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open, draft, review and prepare filesrelated to property transactions; includingtransfer of land, signing packages, mortgage documentsand more
- Prepare detailed reports to all necessary parties, entering complete file progress on applicable systems
- Coordinate and track delivery of documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings andmaintaincalendars
- Preparation of accounts and time entry
- General administrative tasks including data entry,photocopyingand scanning, and file management
- Respond to daily inquiries from lawyers, legal assistants, and clients
- Othersduties as assigned

TECHNICAL ASSETS
- Must have knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
- ACUMIN knowledge an asset
- Net Documents knowledge an asset
- LawyerDoneDealand Unity knowledge an asset
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Be a graduate of an accredited legal assistant program
- 2+ years of real estate and/or conveyancing experience preferred
