This role involves working closely with the Transmission Program Management team, where you will coordinate, produce, and review a variety of technical and contractual documents. Your organization and attention to detail will help facilitate the successful delivery of projects from start to finish, maintaining document integrity throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track all technical and contractual project documents
• Support document exchange with external partners
• Provide software expertise and insights to team members
• Ensure reviews and approvals happen in a timely manner
• Recommend process improvements for document control
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of engineering document methods
• Solid organizational and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and SharePoint
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
