The Pharmacist will be instrumental in achieving departmental excellence through, implementing best practices, optimizing workflow efficiencies and staying attuned to evolving healthcare trends.Determine appropriateness of drug therapyMonitor medication therapy for effectiveness, adverse reactions, and interactionsCounsel patients regarding prescriptions, OTC products, and health related issues, including but not limited to; indications, contraindications, adverse effects, interactions, and appropriate storage and careAnswer questions from patients that require therapeutic knowledge, clinical analysis, or assessmentProvide clinical services as appropriate for eligible patientsAdminister injections/immunizations as neededPromote health and wellness by providing education on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherenceCollaborate with team members and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomesSupervise a pharmacy student or a provisional pharmacist in the performance of restricted activitiesAdhere to federal, provincial,
