As an RPN, your primary responsibilities include patient assessment, intervention support, and ongoing education. You'll play a key role in advocating for patient needs while aligning with the Patient-Focused Care model. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments in the clinic
• Assist with interventions and non-invasive procedures
• Educate patients regarding their care and treatment options
• Advocate for patient-centric approaches in care
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team
Requirements:
• Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Recent experience in an Operating Room required
• BCLS certification; ACLS is a plus
• Completion of post-graduate O.R. certification
• Strong principles in patient-centered care
