What You'll Do
- Provide oversight and management for Accounts Payable processes.
- Administer and maintain expense management systems.
- Conduct accurate bank reconciliations and manage bank-related administrative tasks.
- Support revenue reporting processes.
- Assist with payroll activities.
- Contribute to cash flow management and treasury operations.
- Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to achieve financial objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial operations and processes.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role, with a focus on operational finance and Accounts Payable.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience,
including managing at least one direct report.
- Solid understanding of core accounting processes, operational finance, cash flow management, and treasury principles.
- Experience managing reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Experience with modern financial systems and expense management platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to efficiency.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building strong working relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is not required but practical experience is valued.
