Reporting to the Site Electrical Supervisor, the Tele-op Technician will be responsible for maintaining and inspecting all tele-op systems, VOD, Fiber-optic systems, leaky feeder support, Personnel and Vehicle Tracking and all other innovative automated projects at Musselwhite Mine.Responsibilities IncludeInspection, Installation, and maintenance of all tele-op systems from Tele-remote and AutomatedInspection and maintenance of all Vehicle and Personnel Tracking SystemsInspection,



Installation, and maintenance of all other upcoming innovative projects at siteProvide technical support for continued improvement of site automation innovationMaintain accurate documentation of all automation records and inspections for auditPerform inspections and testing of automated systemsKeep current with all automation codes and regulationsWork in a healthy work environment with full support, cooperation, and commitment to satisfy our operation's goal of being accident-freeComply with federal and provincial acts and regulations, and legal requirementsAdhere to all relevant corporate policies and proceduresAbility to mentor and assist onsite Electrical personnel to maintain and troubleshoot automated systemsPerform other relevant duties as assignedSkills And ExperienceCertified journeyman with 5-10 years of experience and or Electronic Technician CertificationExcellent communication, interpersonal, written, and listening skills.A high level of organizational skills, confidence, and decision-making abilitiesAbility to perform in a self-directed, quick paced, team environmentHigh degree of computer literacy.
