As the Head Swim Instructor, you will oversee the daily operations of our swim programs while ensuring top-tier instruction and satisfaction for clients and swimmers. Your leadership will guide a team of instructors, helping to resolve their challenges and ensure an engaging environment. You’ll connect directly with clients, facilitate training for new hires, and monitor overall program safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver swim lessons and step in as the substitute instructor
• Provide guidance and leadership to fellow instructors
• Address client questions and concerns regarding progress
• Train recent hires on safety and teaching strategies
• Conduct evaluations and provide feedback to instructors
Requirements:
• Certification in CPR-C, Standard First Aid, and NL
• 3+ years in swim instruction or deck supervision
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Flexibility for evening and weekend availability
