The ASM is primarily responsible for working collaboratively with the SM and company management to manage, maintain, and supervise day‑to‑day retail operations activities at the store location.Sales Associate SupportMotivate and inspire team members to be positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking.Support SM and team members, offering positive and constructive feedback to aid professional growth.Provide guidance on work procedures and policies so everyone understands what is required for success.Follow written SOPs and ensure compliance with policy and regulation changes.Be accessible and responsive to all team member questions, suggestions, and concerns, and help resolve conflicts.Lead by example and collaborate with staff to manage any circumstances that may arise in a high‑volume retail workplace.Sales and Customer ServiceUtilize customer and team member feedback to implement changes that improve the customer experience.Track all employee and store sales daily to ensure optimal performance.Daily Store OperationsMaintain store compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations; organize and communicate all required reporting, paperwork, and state tracking system recording.Assist SM(s) with inventory, sales, and compliance audits.Perform all daily opening and closing procedures.Ensure the sales floor is adequately stocked at all times.Coordinate with management and senior leadership to conduct daily, monthly, and yearly inventory audits and reconciliations.Log and dispose of all expired, damaged,
