Senior Product Manager, Customer GrowthHybrid work model: Two days in-office.Our Product Design and Management teams work tirelessly to understand what our customers need and make it a reality. They're the ones who bring our deals to life and keep the user experience simple and intuitive.ResponsibilitiesProduct Discovery & StrategyUnderstand customer needs through research, data analysis, and feedback loops.Define the product vision, goals, and outcomes in alignment with the group and portfolio strategy.Translate market trends and customer insights into product opportunities.Outcome OwnershipDefine, track, and deliver against product OKRs and KPIs.Balance customer‐facing features, technical debt, and enabler work in the product backlog.Continuously evaluate whether product initiatives are driving intended value.Backlog Management & PrioritizationOwn the product backlog, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and sequenced.Write transparent product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Partner with engineering and design leads to assess feasibility, estimate effort, and refine scope.Planning & ExecutionLead quarterly and sprint planning for the product team.Ensure dependencies are identified, managed, and communicated.Participate in demos, stand‐ups, and retrospectives to support delivery progress.Stakeholder Alignment & CommunicationCommunicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.Partner with business sponsors, portfolio managers,
and cross‐functional teams to align on outcomes.Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for value delivery in decision‐making.QualificationsOwner of product success—responsible for defining vision, setting priorities, and ensuring delivery creates real customer and business impact.Bridging customer needs and delivery execution across engineering, design, and operations.Daily driver of the POM, making prioritization trade‐offs, ensuring outcomes are clear, and empowering the team to deliver value.Strategic thinker who balances big‐picture vision with day‐to‐day execution.Skilled in product discovery, planning, and Agile delivery.Comfortable using data and customer feedback to drive decisions.Effective communicator who builds alignment across teams and stakeholders.Experience translating complex problems into clear product requirements and roadmaps.Highly organized, self‐directed, and outcome‐focused.Illustrated history of living Priceline's values: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.Upholds unquestionable integrity and ethics.Salary and BenefitsSalary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 CAD per year.
