This Vice Shift Leader role is integral to maintaining high standards in a continuously operating manufacturing environment. You will support the Shift Leader and mentor the Process Operators, ensuring all operations comply with safety protocols. Your familiarity with the Human Machine Interface (HMI) will enable you to make informed decisions for optimal production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilizing HMI to manage and adjust processing equipment
• Following VDC safety policies while managing risks
• Assisting in the training and development of team members




• Logging daily shift reports and monitoring facility conditions
• Completing maintenance and repair communication with staff
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in a similar manufacturing role is an asset
• Knowledge of telehandler operation beneficial
• Able to perform under physical job demands
• Leadership experience within the biodiesel or chemical industry preferred
