Description

Familiarity with agile methodologies and generic technology tools is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate product vision and strategy, aligning with business and regulatory objectives.
- Conduct research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
- Manage product backlog and prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility.
- Collaborate with development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure platform compliance with regulatory guidelines and support data governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's or MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in product management or similar roles within financial services, focusing on retail risk.
- 5 years of experience with regulatory stress testing frameworks and loss forecasting.
- Strong understanding of retail credit products and risk modeling concepts.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
