We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedManagement Consultant – Organizational Change Management (OCM) to support clients through business, technology, and AI-enabled transformation. The ideal candidate is a strong management consultant with a proven track record of leading and implementing successful change management initiatives within complex organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to influence, advise, and drive change at all levels of an organization. The successful candidate will bring a broad understanding of business and technology solutions, industry best practices,



and hands-on experience supporting transformation initiatives.
