With 300+ patients already on the waitlist and no current physician onsite, this is an exceptional opportunity to build your own patient panel from day one—in a high‑demand, underserved market.

Located in a new condominium development in a rapidly expanding residential area, the clinic offers full marketing support, administrative setup, and potential for clinic takeover with zero overhead for committed GPs.

Position Highlights

• Flexible hours: Weekdays 9:30 AM–6:30 PM | Saturdays 9:30 AM–2:30 PM


• No on-call responsibilities


• 4 consultation rooms + private physician office
