OverviewA respected player in the investment management space is hiring a Fund Accounting Manager (Private Equity) to oversee end-to-end operations for a portfolio of private equity funds. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for professionals who bring a deep understanding of fund accounting and a passion for team development, process improvement, and client service excellence.ResponsibilitiesManage a high-performing team to ensure departmental goals are metOversee the day-to-day operations of the fund accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyLead the calculation and review of Net Asset Values (NAVs), financial statements, trial balances, and partner/shareholder allocationsReview complex fund expenses including management fees, admin fees, carried interest, and moreEnsure the quality and accuracy of all accounting work and client deliverables, including investor statementsInterpret partnership agreements, PPMs, and other governing documents to ensure compliance and accuracyEnsure all documentation and processes comply with regulatory and internal standardsCoordinate with internal teams including Investor Relations, Tax, Financial Reporting, and Integration for seamless service deliveryAct as a primary liaison to clients and external stakeholders,
