About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, People Business Partners & Talent Development to play a pivotal role in the operationalization and enhancement of its human and high-performing culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding this culture across the entire employee experience, from onboarding to professional development. This includes overseeing the People Business Partner and Learning & Development teams,
ensuring that the strategic talent partnership and world-class learning ecosystem are in place to support the company's growth. The role demands a strategic architect with a data-informed, human-first approach, who can also serve as a culture guardian and is adept at using people analytics to drive performance and retention.
Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of people leadership experience, with a strong background in both business partnering and learning/talent development. A deep understanding of the SaaS industry and its metrics is essential, as is a proven track record in change management and executive presence. The VP will be expected to lead the integration of talent and growth, executive succession, and organizational design, and to refine the company's performance management philosophy.
