Site Engineer | Residential Development | Waterford

Salary: c. €85,000 + Benefits Package

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their team delivering a high-quality residential development in Waterford.

This is an excellent prospect for a Site Engineer with a strong residential background to join an experienced project team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a major housing development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Setting out and providing technical support throughout the construction process.
- Ensuring works are completed accurately in line with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
- Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors and site teams.
- Managing quality control, inspections and technical submissions.
- Reviewing drawings,



resolving technical queries and coordinating information flow.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
- Supporting the delivery of the project from construction through to completion.

Requirements:

- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related discipline.
- Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on residential projects.
- Strong setting out and technical ability.
- Good understanding of construction processes, drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a project team.
