In this position you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide top-notch automotive repair services.In partnership with CSN Collision, Lift Auto Group is a leading operator and consolidator in the collision repair industry. At CSN Norgate, your growth is our priority.We offer $30 - $35 FLAT RATE with the prospect to earn an additional production bonus up to $3 per hour based on efficiency. Given how busy we are, there's no shortage of work—and earning potential.Overview/Responsibilities:Knowledge and desire to be at the forefront of the collision repair industry, including an understanding of the material makeup and technological infrastructure of tomorrow's vehiclesAn understanding of vehicle systems and technology and the need to look up and follow OEM repair procedures as well as pre and post-scan of all vehicles and calibrate modules as necessaryA team-oriented attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and collaborative work environmentA demonstrated positive,
