Full time Evening, Morning, Day. Overtime required. Starts as soon as possible.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience 2 years to less than 3 years

Work location may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required.

Work Setting Business services

Responsibilities

Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals

Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs

Train staff

Co‑ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs

Manage training and development strategies

Oversee the preparation of reports

Manage knowledge

Coaching

Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
