We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Construction Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team in a full‑time, permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects from concept to completion while building strong client relationships in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits throughout Southern New Brunswick for estimates and project inspections
- Read plans and complete material take‑offs
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and bid submissions
- Coordinate crews, schedules, and job‑site activities
- Ensure safety standards and quality control measures are maintained
- Manage inventory and project materials
- Deliver exceptional customer service and process client orders
- Oversee projects from initial estimate through final completion
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through ongoing communication and follow‑up
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings a combination of technical knowledge, leadership, and strong organizational skills, including:
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience
- Supervisory and/or management experience
- Business Degree, Civil Engineering Technology diploma, or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (bilingualism considered an asset)
- Professional attitude with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Sales experience and/or construction industry experience preferred
