In this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of innovative software solutions. You will act as a point of contact for all stakeholders to ensure business requirements are understood and met,
all while supporting continuous improvement through CMHC’s CRM platform.This is a temporary position of a duration of 15 months.What You’ll DoEngage with clients to assess system needs, document processes, and recommend solutions with impact analysisDesign and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutionsDevelop and customize plugins to extend platform functionalityConfigure CRM components (forms, entities, fields, workflows, business process flows)Build integrations with internal systems (e.G., D365 Finance) to ensure data consistencyImplement security controls to protect data and ensure complianceProduce and maintain technical specifications and documentationSupport application maintenance, reporting, and full SDLC delivery through to production deploymentWhat You Should HaveA bachelor 's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.A minimum of 5 years of experience programming, developing, and implementing business applications.Expertise in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.Expertise with cloud-based systems (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).Project experience with end-to-end solution implementation, including planning, estimation, and solution architecture.Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, DevOps.Strong interpersonal and business competencies, including teamwork, communication, presentation,
