About Our Client: This Global manufacturing company located in Saint-Hubert, is looking for a full time permanent Supply Chain Manager.ResponsibilitiesGuarantee the continuity of flows for your Business Unit (BU)Responsible for the reliability of your analysesDetermine supply chain directions within your scope and adapt allocated resources, validated by resultsBased on the Group Supply Chain strategy, define the site's supply chain strategy, break it down into action plans, and ensure follow-upConstantly improve performance, lead your team with a LEAN mindsetContribute to and participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and manage the Production Plan (PdP)Regularly lead performance reviews of activities (customer order book monitoring) and processes, and implement necessary action plans to eliminate lossesDeploy flow management models defined by your SBU, with a constant focus on stock controlEnforce health, safety, and environmental rulesLead the implementation of Supply Chain projects (Continuous Improvement, ReDesign to Cost, etc.) within your scopeDefine KPIs to measure site supply chain performance and implement action plans to improve efficiency and effectivenessMonitor supply chain practices, organizations, and recent technologiesManage your teams:



conduct individual interviews, develop skills, manage conflicts, etc.Oversee reporting and budget management for the department, highlight your team's performance, manage a cost centerPromote and comply with health, safety, and environmental rules and instructionsRequirementsEducation: Master's degree (BAC +5) in Supply Chain ManagementExperience: 10 years leading a Supply Chain team in an industrial environmentExperience in cross-functional managementAdvanced English (C1)Management of 3 employees, occasional travelKnowledge of production management: planning and scheduling based on needs analysisAbility to perform financial analysis of balance sheets, financial reporting, and analytical accountingKnowledge of logistics flow management and related methodsAbility to analyze commercial data and its interactions with the supply chainAnalytical and synthesis skillsOrganizational skillsData processing and information management skillsCritical thinking and continuous improvement mindsetInfluence and persuasion skillsInterpersonal skillsCollaboration and team spiritSense of responsibility and decision-making ability #J-18808-Ljbffr
