As part of our Human Resources and Training team, the Workplace Coach is vital to the development of apprentices in multiple aviation fields. You'll facilitate hands-on technical training while working closely with Supervisors and Crew Leads to evaluate apprentices' learning paths and progress. Adapt to changing priorities in this quick-paced role, nurturing future talent in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide training utilizing various instructional methods
• Develop and update aircraft instruction coursework
• Assist in managing apprentice schedules and logbook documentation
• Evaluate performance and assist with crew capabilities
• Mentor Crew Leads and oversee apprentice tasks
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
• Knowledge of Transport Canada and quality control procedures
• Strong communication abilities in English
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Certificate preferred
