As a Permanent Full-Time Ag Division Manager, you will be at the forefront of Prairie Co-op’s agriculture division. In this leadership role, you will oversee overall performance and implement profitable strategies while enhancing customer satisfaction through effective management. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including the Director of Ag & Energy, ensures operational excellence and a strategic approach in market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective leadership in agriculture division operations
• Collaborate with management on sales and inventory strategies
• Lead the development of annual profit plans for sites
• Implement and evaluate customer experience management strategies
• Foster relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in Agriculture; P. Ag is preferred
• At least 10 years of relevant experience and 6+ years in leadership
• Robust strategic and networking abilities
