About the Role

As the Technical Delivery & Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role throughout the customer journey, from initial product demonstrations and solution design through implementation and long-term success.

You will manage consulting engagements, represent symplistic.ai during customer meetings and pre-sales activities, lead our Canadian team, and provide technical leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

This is not a traditional project management position. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable presenting to executives, discussing architecture with engineers, managing delivery timelines, and contributing technically when needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consulting Delivery & Project Management

- Lead multiple client engagements from discovery through implementation and ongoing support.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal engineering, AI, and consulting teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Identify project risks and proactively resolve delivery challenges.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional client satisfaction.

2. Client Engagement & Pre-Sales

- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Lead customer meetings, workshops, and executive presentations.
- Demonstrate symplistic.ai products and AI solutions during pre-sales engagements.




- Understand client business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to develop solution proposals and implementation approaches.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events when appropriate.

3. Lead Our Canadian Team

- Provide day-to-day leadership for our Canadian team.
- Mentor, coach, and support engineers and consultants.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Coordinate local resources and help scale our Canadian presence.
- Work closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

4. Technical Leadership

- Contribute to software development when appropriate.
- Review code, architecture, and technical designs.
- Assist engineering teams with solution architecture and implementation planning.
- Help troubleshoot technical issues during project delivery.
- Estimate technical work and assist with project planning.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, cloud platforms, and software engineering best practices.

Qualifications

Required

- 5+ years of experience leading software implementation, consulting, or technical delivery projects.
- Robust software development experience with the ability to write production-quality code.
- Experience with Python,



React and/or JavaScript/TypeScript (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as IBM, Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable presenting technical solutions to executive and business audiences.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and leading client-facing meetings.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada.
- Hybrid work schedule: 3–4 days per week in-office

Preferred

- Experience delivering AI, machine learning, or Generative AI solutions.
- Experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar).
- Experience working in consulting or professional services.
- Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification.
- Experience building enterprise software applications.
- Experience supporting pre-sales or solution engineering activities.

Compensation
