This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering critical fire safety and remediation projects across residential developments. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are commercially successful while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.The RoleAs Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial performance of projects from pre-construction through to final account. Key responsibilities include:Managing all project costs, ensuring value for money and margin optimisationLeading procurement activities and subcontractor managementPreparing and managing CVRs, cash flows, and cost reportingAdministering contracts, including variations and final accountsSupporting tendering processes and cost planningLiaising with internal teams across construction, development,
