This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working closely with operations, managing full-cycle accounting responsibilities, and contributing to the financial performance of a portfolio of properties.About the RoleReporting to senior finance leadership, the Property Accountant will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting support, reconciliations, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of property financial records.What You'll DoManage full-cycle accounting for an assigned portfolio of propertiesPrepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and supporting schedulesPerform reconciliations, variance analysis, and review operating results against budgetsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure lease and tenant information is accurately reflected in financial reportingSupport tenant recoveries, rent adjustments, and other property-related accounting activitiesAssist with year-end financial reporting and external audit requirementsContribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processesIdentify opportunities to improve accounting procedures and reporting efficienciesRespond to ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requestsWhat You Bring3-5+ years of accounting experience,
