Role: Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Audiologist or HIS to join our Eglinton Square Clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a clinic while delivering meaningful, patient‑centered care.

What You’ll Do

- Build strong, lasting relationships with patients from initial consultation through ongoing care
- Assess, diagnose, and treat hearing concerns using the best technology and techniques
- Dispense and fit hearing aids, providing tailored solutions to meet individual needs
- Deliver exceptional counselling and follow‑up care to support long‑term outcomes
- Manage clinic operations with a focus on quality care and patient satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

- Master’s Degree in Audiology or HIS Certification
- Licensed with CASLPO/AHIP and registered with ADP




- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly explain and tailor recommendations to patient needs
- High attention to detail with solid analytical and follow‑through skills
- Patient‑focused approach with empathy, active listening, and professionalism
- Strong influencing skills to guide patients toward the best outcomes
- Accountable, organized, and results‑oriented
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment

Compensation

$70,000 - $110,000 base salary + industry‑leading incentives
