Based in London within the Private Bank division, this Event Marketing Associate role provides essential administrative and operational support to the execution of the business’s global events programmeYou will support the planning, coordination, and on-the-ground delivery of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events across the key business regions, ensuring all logistical and administrative elements are delivered efficiently and to a high standardSupport the planning and delivery of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events on a global scale in line with business priorities and working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to help deliver successful event plans and client engagement activitiesSupport budget tracking by raising purchase orders, monitoring spend, and reconciling costs in line with approved budgets, driving cost-efficiencies where possibleCo-ordinate the delivery of the client journey across events, including maintaining event systems and coordinating processes across regional teams and produce accurate event registration and attendance reports,
supporting post-event analysis and data trackingAct as the primary point of contact for regional teams on the event registration platformEnsure all event activity adheres to regulatory and internal standards by working closely with Legal and Compliance teams and liaise with external vendors and internal teams to coordinate operational aspects of event deliveryAssist with the design, production and distribution of event materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards as well as the preparation of post-event reportsOccasional international travel may be required for event coordination, client meetings or in office supportStrong PowerPoint and Excel skills for reporting and presentationsProven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProven experience in financial services, ideally Wealth Management or premium / luxury brand environmentsStrong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
