Job Description

This role provides advanced administrative, operational and executive support to the executive and their business unit (BU). The Senior Executive Assistants must demonstrate a deep understanding of executive needs and organizational nuances, handle complex and high-stakes responsibilities, and play a key role in representing the Executive's brand and interests. This position also provides project coordination support to their Executive and BU (heavy on project coordination). The incumbent is recognized within the organization for their leadership, proactivity and ability to understand the setting.

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and implementing a range of administrative services, including calendar, travel and event management, providing financial support, information management and communication services. The incumbent serves as a central point of contact for numerous internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters, addressing emerging issues with discernment, proactivity and an excellent understanding of organizational issues.

Qualifications





- Post-secondary education in administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, including 3+ years supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Must have project coordination experience.
- Advanced executive support expertise, including complex calendar and travel management, meetings and minutes, correspondence, contracts, expenses, invoicing, and budget tracking
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs, exercise sound judgment, and proactively resolve issues
- Strong understanding of executive priorities and business operations; able to quickly build context and credibility
- Excellent project coordination, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and editing high-level materials
- Highly developed interpersonal skills; able to represent the executive professionally with senior stakeholders
- Proven discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, virtual meeting platforms, and collaboration tools
