This leadership role focuses on planning and delivering private and group pickleball lessons, ensuring high-quality service for participants of all ages. You will assist in managing daily operations of club activities, leagues, and court bookings while providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities also include documentation of health and safety concerns and responding to emergencies with first aid assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver pickleball lessons and programs
• Oversee club lessons, leagues, and court bookings




• Communicate concerns to the Recreation Programmer
• Respond to emergencies and perform first aid
• Lead and support other coaches and instructors
Requirements:
• NCCP Instructor Level 2 certification required
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
• 4.0 DUPR playing level
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Availability for evenings and weekends
