The Role The Project Director will provide leadership across multiple active projects while overseeing operational performance, financial reporting, safety,

What We’re Looking For
15+ years of civil infrastructure or heavy construction experience
Experience leading multiple projects or project portfolios
Strong financial, operational, and commercial management skills
Background in municipal, transportation, utility, or heavy civil construction
Proven ability to develop teams and build client relationships
Engineering or Construction Management background preferred
