Role

This is a full time on-site role located in Calgary, AB for a Service Foreman. The Service Foreman will be responsible for supervising roofing crew, performing roofing and maintenance tasks, and ensuring quality and safety standards on-site. Daily tasks include managing project workflows, troubleshooting roofing issues,



and communicating effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications

- Supervisory Skills and strong Communication abilities
- Experience with multiple roof systems
- Repair and Maintenance skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Familiarity with roofing safety regulations and protocols
- Relevant certifications in roofing or construction are an asset
- Valid driver's license
