partnerships, integrators)Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem DevelopmentIdentify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships (OEMs, primes, system integrators, government stakeholders)Build alliances to accelerate market access and product adoptionRepresent CS Group – Canada in key defense and security ecosystems (Canada, NATO partners)Customer Engagement & Thought LeadershipEstablish and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makersAct as a subject‐matter ambassador for CS Group - Canada C-UAS capabilitiesRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows (e.G., CANSEC, DEFSEC), and strategic forumsSales ExecutionLead end-to-end sales & business development activities including prospecting, pipeline generation, client engagement, proposal development, and contract negotiationIdentify and secure new business opportunities across defense, homeland security, critical infrastructure, and government agenciesDevelop and manage a robust sales funnel aligned with revenue targetsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools and track sales KPIs.Meet business growth targets set forth by the company.Internal CollaborationWork closely with engineering, product,
