Compensation

- $50,000 to $70,000 in salary + new business commission

Responsibilities

- Manage a steady flow of leads for home and auto insurance clients
- Provide clients with personal lines insurance guidance, quotes, and coverages
- Build trust quickly, uncover needs, and confidently close new business
- Maintain and grow relationships through strong follow up and ongoing account support




- Collaborate closely with service, sales, and business development teammates to keep the client experience seamless.

Qualifications

- At least 2-5 years’ experience in personal lines insurance sales
- RIBO license (or an OTL License with willingness to obtain RIBO License)
- Confident phone presence with strong listening, consultative selling, and closing skills
- Customer first mindset with a talent for explaining coverage clearly and calmly
