Your responsibilities encompass coaching team members, securing major gifts, and managing a portfolio of 70-80 existing and prospective major donors. Your expertise will drive fundraising strategies essential for supporting vulnerable youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead fundraising team to achieve $2.8M+ yearly
• Manage relationships with major donors (gifts $25K+)




• Coach and mentor team members for performance improvement
• Develop customized donor engagement proposals
• Collaborate on revenue forecasting and reporting
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in major gift fundraising
• 3+ years in team management
• Proven success in soliciting major gifts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor databases
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
