You'll be responsible for shaping national delivery strategy, leading a high-performing consulting team, and ensuring complex ERP and SaaS implementations translate into measurable business outcomes for clients.This role sits at the intersection of delivery excellence, customer success, and commercial performance.Some of what you'll be responsible for:Leading and developing a national professional services team focused on ERP and cloud implementationsDriving service excellence across project delivery, customer engagement, and escalation managementOwning delivery performance including utilization, profitability,
