- Source, evaluate, and market land opportunities for investors, developers, and landowners.
- Advise clients on zoning, development potential, and land value.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, transparency, and results.
- Stay informed on market trends,



policies, and land transactions across Ontario.
- Represent 4Land Projects with professionalism, ensuring our reputation as Ontario’s leading land advisors continues to grow.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Ontario Real Estate License (or in process of obtaining).
- Previous experience in real estate sales or investment preferred, but not mandatory.
- Robust research, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth.
