particularly across rates and FX productsBuild and maintain backend services and APIs within a modern microservices architectureDesign scalable cloud-native applications and distributed systems within AWS environmentsContribute to backend development primarily using Python and RustModel and manage complex financial datasets across multiple database technologies, including relational and NoSQL systemsSupport performance optimization, observability, reliability, and ongoing platform enhancementsRequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related fieldStrong backend software engineering experience with contemporary programming languages such as Python, Rust, Java, Go, or C++Experience designing APIs, distributed systems, and scalable backend applicationsExperience working with databases and data modelling conceptsInterest in financial systems, trading platforms, risk management, or capital markets environmentsExposure to cloud infrastructure and AWS services is an assetStrong problem‐solving skills and interest in working on complex technical and business challengesAll applications are reviewed by our recruitment team, and hiring decisions are made by people.
