As we expand our North American footprint, we are seeking a results-driven Order Fulfillment & Inventory Manage r to join our Canadian team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless delivery excellence for our key retail partners and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations in USA
Job Responsibilities
- End-to-End Key Account Fulfillment : Own the full lifecycle of order fulfillment for our strategic North American retail partners (Lowe’s, The Home Depot, Best Buy, etc.), managing both in-store replenishment and DSV (Drop Ship) models. Expertly oversee end-to-end processes from order receipt, stock preparation, cross-border logistics coordination, shipment execution to payment reconciliation—ensuring strict adherence to US regulatory requirements and client-specific SLAs.
- Inventory Planning & Supply Chain Synergy : Collaborate closely with the frontline sales team to gather accurate customer demand forecasts. Develop data-driven stock replenishment plans and execute precision inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels. Ensure the smooth operation of US-focused supply chain workflows to support dynamic sales demand and minimize stockouts/overstock risks.
- Order Execution & OTIF Delivery Assurance : Track real-time order execution progress and proactively identify potential bottlenecks. Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (inventory, logistics, finance, warehousing) to resolve order processing or delivery issues promptly. Drive consistent achievement of on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery targets to exceed client expectations.
- After-Sales Excellence & Customer Satisfaction : Lead end-to-end after-sales support for US and North American accounts, including the resolution of returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries/complaints.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
Job Requirements
- Professional Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in key account order fulfillment or supply chain management within the USA/North American retail sector. Deep expertise in retail channel operations (KA, DSV) and end-to-end after-sales processes is mandatory. Familiarity with USA cross-border logistics and retail compliance standards is a strong advantage.
- Collaboration & Communication : Exceptional cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills. Ability to align seamlessly with sales, warehousing, logistics, client success, and after-sales teams—both locally in Canada and globally—to drive process efficiency and synergy. Fluent in English (written & verbal) is required; bilingual skills (French/English) are a plus for USA market alignment.
- System & Data Capabilities : Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for inventory and order management. Robust data analysis skills to leverage inventory, order, and demand data for informed decision-making and process optimization. Experience with inventory management software (IMS) or WMS is a bonus.
- Problem-Solving & Execution : Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and exceptional execution capability. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, and adapt to the dynamic needs of a growing global company’s Canadian operations.
